Where are your salon suites for rent?
Salons D' Allon is at 18301 Egret Bay Blvd B, Houston, TX 77058, in Clear Lake, minutes from NASA Parkway and Webster. We're a short drive from Clear Lake, Webster, Nassau Bay, League City, Seabrook, Kemah, El Lago, Clear Lake Shores, Friendswood, Dickinson and Pearland.
Who can rent a salon suite?
Independent beauty professionals: hair stylists, barbers, cosmetologists, estheticians, lash artists, nail technicians and massage therapists.
What is included in the rent?
A furnished private suite (shampoo bowl, stylist chair, rolling cart, mirror and upright cabinet), all utilities, free Wi-Fi for you and your clients, secure 24/7 access with security cameras, complimentary coffee and water for clients, a break room, free laundry on site and an on-site property manager. Repairs on the furniture we provide are covered and handled within 2 business days.
How is a salon suite different from booth rental?
Instead of renting a chair on a shared salon floor, you get your own private suite that you can customize. You set your own hours, prices and products and build your own brand.
How much does a salon suite cost?
Private suites start at $210/week, depending on size. Rates are quoted weekly and billed monthly. Call or text (281) 538-8000 for current availability and the rate for your size.
Do you have a move-in special?
Yes. On a 2-year lease, your first 4 weeks are free and your rate is locked for both years. On a 1-year lease, your first 4 weeks are $99/week.
What do I pay at move-in?
$650 total: a $325 refundable security deposit and a $325 non-refundable suite prep fee that covers getting your suite ready.
What happens when my lease is up?
You choose: renew for 1 year or lock your rate for 2 years. Either way, your first week of the renewal is free.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Refer a beauty pro and when they sign a 12-month lease, you get a week of rent free. There is no limit.
What if I have a baby or a loss in the family?
Life happens. Tenants with us 6 months or more can pause rent for up to 4 weeks for a new baby or adoption, or 1 week for a death in the immediate family. The lease is extended by the pause.
